Lime Aioli

A lovely dressing to use as a dipping sauce with prawns.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small garlic clove crushed
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime

Method:

Combine all ingredients and use as a dipping sauce for prawns.  Garnish with some shredded lime rind.
