We love to take a prawn roll each when we are traveling, especially if we will need to stop for a quick lunch. They taste so good and are simple to prepare in advance.

- Lettuce Leaves
- 200g prawns
- 2 Bread rolls
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cut bread rolls in half and butter.
Shred lettuce and put some in each roll.
Completely shell prawns using the Ezy Aussie Prawn Peeler and divide these between the two rolls, placing half on each on top of the lettuce.
Mix together the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and Worcestershire Sauce. Spread this on top of the butter on the top half of the roll. and sandwich together.
