Everyone loves a prawn cocktail. Here is a really simple recipe that can quickly whipped up as an extra special entree for your dinner guests.

- QUANTITY – serves 4
- One Iceberg Lettuce
- 500g prawns
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash of Tabasco Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Shred some lettuce and put some in each of four martini glasses.
Shell the prawns using the Easy Aussie Prawn Peeler. Divide the prawns between the glasses and arrange on top of the lettuce.
For the seafood sauce, mix all ingredients together and drizzle over the prawns. Serve immediately.
